My name is Mina and I am from London, UK. I am a part time model, my day job is working in a rock n roll clothing shop called Time*Bomb. My boyfriend is Carli Hart of UK rock n roll band Pistol Kixx.


-OK, SO YOU WORK IN A ROCK CLOTHING STORE, DO PART-TIME MODELING AND ARE DATING A ROCK STAR! HOW COOL IS THAT!
There are a lot of perks working at Time*Bomb such as modeling for the clothing companies we stock, getting glammed up everyday and working with an amazing team. Going out with Carli is great. I love going to Pistol Kixx gigs and having road trips with the band and the other girlfriends.


-YOUR LOOK IS SOOO ROCK, IT'S AWESOME, WHEN DID YOU GET INTO THIS STYLE?
I first got into the rock style when I was 14, I have got better with my style thats for sure. When I was younger I just wanted to be a moody goth and dress all in black. Now days I like to have color and have a certain quirkyness in my outfits. I love brands like Lip Service and Kreepsville 666. I go crazy with accessories and have way to much leopard and zebra print in my room.

-WHAT ARE SOME OF THE BANDS YOU GREW UP WITH?
I didnt know about rock n roll when I was a kid but I was given a Pantera cd when I was 14 and it all started from there. Other bands I got in to at that age were White Zombie, Skid Row and of course Motley Crue.

-ROCK SEEMS TO REALLY BE COMING BACK TO THE UK AND EUROPE, WHAT IS THE SCENE LIKE THERE NOW, ARE YOU ABLE TO FIND A LOT OF COOL BANDS AND CLUBS WITH LIVE MUSIC???
There are so many amazing bands out there. I hold a monthly glam night in London called Glitter*Tripp and love searching the internet for the next big thing. My boss Richie Hudson is the front man of a band called Kitty Hudson, and Dan who also works in Time*Bomb is the front man of a band called Mordecai. In London there are a lot of rock club nights and the people who go are very passionate about the scene and music. I love going to a club where everyone has huge hair and eyeliner on :)

-TELL US ABOUT YOUR BOYFRIEND'S BAND, THEY LOOK COOL AS HELL!
Pistol Kixx are a UK based 5 piece band. I love there music its filthy rock n roll but very true to the UK sound. With tracks like Back Door Beauty and Strip Club Skank you got to check them out. There having fun and making great music along the way - a winning combination My boyfriend is the lead singer and there is no bigger turn on to a girl then seeing her man rock out on stage

-BACK TO MODELING, WHAT PROJECTS HAVE YOU DONE AND IS THIS SOMETHING YOU WANT TO
DO MORE OF??
Working for clothing companies is fun but when a photographer has a project and wants you to be there work of art its a great compliment. I was part of a seven deadly sins project and got some of my best work from it. Doing clothing magazines is great because you get noticed in the most random places. I really would like to do more themed shoots as i love dressing up and getting into character. I also just won Pin Up of the year at the Pure Rawk awards in London which is a big compliment for my work.

-WHAT'S YOUR LONGER TERM GOALS, WOULD YOU LIKE TO HAVE YOUR OWN STORE OR EVEN DESIGN ROCK CLOTHES OR DID YOU HAVE OTHER THINGS IN MIND.
My bosses are a true inspiration to me. Karen and Richie are a great couple and run Time*Bomb together. I would love for Carli and myself to do something like that. As for the modeling - I am going to take that as far as I can. There are so many magazines, companies and people I want to work with and one by one I will tick them off my list. I really hope Carli's dream of working in the music business happens for him. his passion is amazing to see.
